The Founder
Pay Shin King ¨C the founder of AOVtech was formerly the founder and Chairman of Defect and Yield Management Inc. (DYM), who pioneered the new concept of real time defect management in production environment. Under his leadership, DYM has developed several very successful products such as Quest and Odyssey. Quest concept has been the leading solution widely used by the major wafer fabrication plants, it covered more than 100 installations worldwide.
ASSA is the 3rd generation SSA is another breakthrough in transforming from engineering solution to production tool.
He was the VP of Engineering and General Manager for Hamamatsu and Inspex for 15 years and had rich experience in developing optical inspection system and defect management system.
He possess a Master in Electronic Engineering in North Eastern University and Bachelor Science in Electro-physics in Chiao Tong University
